Anhui Polytechnic University has defended its national team title at the 20th "Siemens Cup" China Intelligent Manufacturing Challenge (CIMC), held from August 14 to 18. The university fielded 15 teams that captured seven grand prizes, five first prizes and three second prizes, once again topping the team standings. The victory also set a new competition record — the university became the first in the event's history to win the national team title four years running.

As China's largest and highest-level Category-A competition in intelligent manufacturing, the CIMC drew more than 43,000 teachers and students from 1,070 universities nationwide.

In the preliminary round, Anhui Polytechnic University teams topped the overall standings in Anhui Province with their solid technical capabilities and composed performances. All teams that advanced to the national finals won awards, demonstrating the university's strong professional foundation and engineering practice capabilities. Among them, the university's teams won national championships in two tracks: the Intelligent Manufacturing General Knowledge track, and the Intelligent Production Line Digital Twin Design and Development track. This marked the 13th consecutive year that the university's students have won national-level awards in this competition, and the 10th time they have claimed the national grand prize.
