A project from Wuhu has won a national entrepreneurship award. The "Qingxin Intelligent High-Precision Micro-Motor Actuator Project," recommended by the city, took third prize in the "Industrial Development plus Entrepreneurship" track of the main competition at the "Chuangying Weilai" National Entrepreneurship Competition Final concluded recently. The project advanced through the semifinal and final rounds to secure the award, bringing a national-level entrepreneurship competition medal to Wuhu.

The competition was co-hosted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Anhui provincial government. A total of 67,000 entrepreneurship projects entered, with 594 advancing to the national stage. The winning project focuses on the research, development and production of automotive-grade high-precision micro-actuators. Its products are widely used in three core sectors — new energy vehicles, intelligent robots and drones — and cover applications such as intelligent automotive cockpits and precision transmission systems for robots.

In recent years, Wuhu has focused on building itself into a city of "Chuangye Wuyou" — "carefree entrepreneurship" — by continuously developing a full-chain entrepreneurship service platform and implementing business-friendly policies, including entrepreneurship subsidies and interest subsidies on guaranteed entrepreneurship loans.
