Acceptance Conditions

After completing the market entity identity information report for tax purposes, if you require the use of invoices, you should submit the invoice usage requirement application to the competent tax authority.

The competent tax authority will determine the type, quantity, and maximum invoicing limit of the invoices based on your business scope and scale.

If you have already submitted an invoice usage application, you may also apply to add or modify the approved invoice types.

Processing Flow

I. To apply for an invoice usage requirement, you can log in to the Electronic Tax Bureau, and navigate through the following menu path: "I Want To Handle Tax Matters" -> "Invoice Usage" -> "Invoice Application" -> "Invoice Usage Requirement Application".II. After entering the "Invoice Usage Requirement Application" function interface:If this is your first application for invoice type approval, click "Add Row" to fill in the required invoice type information for approval.If this is NOT your first application, the system will automatically display your currently effective invoice type approval information. You can click "Add New" to fill in the information for the new invoice type approval request, or you can modify previously applied invoice type approval information.III. Check the box for the newly added or modified invoice type approval information, then click "Next". The system will redirect to the preview and submission page.IV. After confirming the data is correct, click "Submit" to complete the invoice type approval application. You can also click "Previous Step" to modify the application information.If your submitted application does not meet the conditions for automatic approval, it will trigger a manual review by tax personnel.
