As a local snack with a history of over a hundred years, it uses free-range goats raised on the levees of the Qingyi River. Prepared with unique traditional techniques, the lamb is fragrant without the unpleasant gamey smell and rich yet non-greasy. Its cooking skill was listed as a county-level intangible cultural heritage in 2008.
