Wuhu hosts delegations from two digital training programs

Participants in the China-Latin America Cybersecurity Training Program and the Digital Capacity Building Training Program for Developing Countries visited Wuhu on July 8 to learn about the city's achievements in the digital economy and intelligent manufacturing. Wen Xiaping, deputy director the Office of Cyberspace Affairs of CPC Anhui Provincial Committee, and Zhu Di'e, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Wuhu Municipal Committee and head of the publicity department of the CPC Wuhu municipal committee, accompanied the delegations.
The delegations toured Chery's Fengminghu research and innovation center, smart manufacturing plant, international park, and the AI MOGA robotics facility. The visit offered an overview of the homegrown automaker's evolution from a startup to a global brand, while showcasing the city's progress in the digital and intelligent transformation of its manufacturing sector.
The delegations spoke highly of Wuhu's approach of leveraging leading enterprises to promote the integrated development of the automotive and robotics industries. They said the visit would serve as a starting point for deeper international exchanges and cooperation, and contribute to digital capacity building in developing countries.
