1. Materials obtainable through data sharing with government departments are exempt from submission.

2. Documents previously provided and still within their validity period are not required to be submitted again.

3. If you require a power capacity increase, we will provide a green channel service for your electricity application.

Processing Sites

This service is available for online processing from start to finish.

For in-person service, all Wuhu business halls are available, as listed below:

1. Chengbei Business Hall(Daqiao);

Address: 80 meters west of the intersection of Huashan Road and Xiangyang Road, Jiujiang District.

2. Zhongshan Bei Road Business Hall;

Address: 25 Zhongshan Bei Road, Power Supply Building, 1st floor.(Next to the Wuyue Plaza).

3. Chengdong Business Hall;

Address: 8 Xiangtai Road, Jiujiang District.(Opposite to Dongziyuan).

4. Chengnan Business Hall;

Address: 7 Zhanghe Road, Yijiang District.

5. Qingshui Business Hall;

Address: Approximately 60 meters southeast of Wuhu Qingshui Middle School, Huangshan East Road.

Application Materials List

1. Proof of Eligibility for Electricity Application.

For individuals: A valid identity document (e.g., ID Card, Military ID, Passport, Household Register, or household registration certificate from the public security organ).

For organizations: The legal representative's valid identity document, and the Business License or Organization Code Certificate, Registration Certificate, or supporting documents issued by the competent authority.

2. Proof of Property Rights for the Electricity Usage Address.

Documents such as the House Ownership Certificate, Land Use Right Certificate, or other proof of legitimate property rights issued by the township (sub-district, village) level or above government, or by the competent housing, urban construction, or land management authorities within their jurisdiction.

If you authorize another person to handle the application, a valid identity document of the agent and a Power of Attorney must be provided simultaneously.

For applicants with incomplete materials, a "Tolerant Acceptance" service will be provided as long as the Proof of Eligibility is submitted. The applicant must provide the missing materials during the subsequent on-site service visit.

Process Flow

Business Acceptance → Meter Installation & Power Connection

Commited Timeframe

The power supply facilities on the source side of the electricity meter (including the metering device) will be constructed by us.

The total processing time shall not exceed 5 working days for projects without external line work, and 15 working days for projects involving external line work.

Before meter installation and power connection, it is required to sign the Electricity Supply and Use Contract with us.
